    1. 2.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide Us
      1. Account and Profile Information: We may collect your nickname and profile picture. These profile elements are provided by the game and are not customizable. Meanwhile, if you choose to participate in a surveys, sweepstakes, contests, feedback or other events ("Promotion"), we will collect and store the personal information you provide in connection with your participation in the Promotion.
      2. Preference Information: You may provide additional account information, such as your language preferences, device sound or vibration preferences, or other game settings.
      3. Contact Information: If you participate in the Promotion, we may collect your email address, phone number. We also may use the information to communicate with you about our products, services, and other promotions.
    2. 2.2 Information We Automatically Collected
      1. Identifiers: We automatically collect your unique in-game user ID, Device IDs (IDFV, Android ID), Advertising IDs (IDFA, GAID).
      2. IP Address and Coarse Location: We may collect country, region, or city-level location derived from your IP address or device language settings. (Note: We do not collect precise GPS data).
      3. Device and System Information: device settings (time zone, language, country/region), operating system, operating system version, device model and carriers.
      4. App Information: app version used, app package name, app events (install/uninstall/activate/custom events), crash logs and performance telemetry data.
      5. Virtual Asset Records: records of premium features unlocked, virtual currencies, and virtual items obtained.
      6. User Identification Linking: internal user identification numbers associated with specific orders.
      7. Gameplay Data: game progress, level completion, puzzle-solving stats, scores, and achievements unlocked.
      8. Interaction Logs: timestamps of game access, session duration, and clickstream data, ad events (e.g. requests/impressions/clicks/bidding/attribution), records of using specific features, privacy signals.
      9. Cookies, SDKs, Pixels, and Similar Tracking Technologies: We may use various tracking technologies to collect and store information about your use of our Services. We use these tools to ensure that you receive a personalized experience, to provide you with certain functions on our Services, to keep your account safe, and to improve and optimize our Services.
    3. 2.3 Information Received From Third Parties

      If you choose to login to our Services through a third-party platform (such as Facebook, Google, or Apple) or engage with our content on or through third-party social networking websites, plug-ins and applications, we may have access to the following certain information from that platform or social media:

      1. Third-Party IDs: such as Facebook, Google, or Apple user IDs.
      2. Third-Party Profile Information: username, profile picture and language preference.
      3. Purchase & Subscription Information:

        When you subscribe to or purchase our premium features to remove ads or other game features, we may collect your purchase ID, order ID, receipt ID, product SKU, purchase time, subscription status and transaction amounts from the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.

        We do not collect or process your sensitive payment or financial data, such as credit card numbers or banking details, which are handled exclusively by the third-party payment processors.

        We may have access to certain information from the third party, such as your email address and other information listed in the authorization.

        Unless prohibited by applicable law, we may obtain your personal information from marketing partners, analytics providers, Promotion providers, and other third-party partners to market to you, including to match custom audiences or create lookalike audiences on social media or other marketing platforms so that we can better understand which of our Services may be of interest to you, market our Services to you, and to provide us information necessary to improve our Services.

    We may process your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, except if otherwise disclosed to you at the time your persona information is collected or otherwise authorized by law or by you. We may process your personal information in connection with any of the following purposes:

This may include operating games, saving your progress, gathering statistics, processing transactions, providing you with the requested features, syncing your progress and preferences across your devices, and providing you with customer service.

      We are a multinational organization, with cross-border legal entities and management structures. We may share your personal information within our corporate organization, including to our parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies to facilitate the Services as well as for the purpose of management and analysis; however, we will require that your personal information still be handled in the manner described herein.

    2. With Our Vendors and Service Providers (available here)

      We may disclose your personal information to vendors and service providers we retain in connection with our business such as: website hosting, online store hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, magazine publishers, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, tax and financial advisers, legal advisers, accountants, auditing services, fraud prevention, identity verification, risk assessment, marketing, and network maintenance. These third-party service providers may have access to or process your personal information only for the purpose of providing services to us.

    3. Business Partners, Sponsors, and Other Third Parties.

      We may disclose your personal information to business partners, co-sponsors of Promotions, and other third parties in order to provide you with Services that may interest you. However, please note that we may need to retain certain personal data where we have valid legal grounds under applicable data protection laws. If that is the case, we will inform you of such valid grounds. And if you have not purchased any paid features or virtual items within the game, your relevant data is stored locally on your device only. You may exercise your right to delete your personal information by simply uninstalling the game from your device. If you have purchased paid services or virtual items, please contact us through the channels listed below to request the erasure of your personal data.
      4. Right to Portability. Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to receive personal information we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format so that you can provide that personal information to another entity.
      5. Right to Restriction. You may have the right to request that we restrict our processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. For instance, this right is available if you contest the accuracy of the personal information, or you object to our processing.

Once you have submitted your request, we will respond within the time frame permitted by the applicable law. To protect your privacy and security, before fulfilling your request, we are required by law to have you verify the personal information we already have on file to confirm your identity.

      Please note, your rights in relation to your personal information are not absolute. Depending upon the applicable law, access to your rights under the applicable law may be denied: (i) when denial of the request is required or authorized by law; (ii) when granting the request would have a negative impact on another's privacy; (iii) to protect our rights and properties; (iv) your request lacks legal basis.

    3. 5.3 Account Deletion

      PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE ACCOUNT CANNOT BE RECOVERED AFTER IT IS CANCELLED, PLEASE PERFORM THE OPERATION AFTER CAREFUL CONSIDERATION.

      1. AFTER THE ACCOUNT IS CANCELLED, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO LOG IN/USE ANY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ACCOUNT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL VERSIONS RELEASED BY CHANNELS/PLATFORMS SUCH AS IOS AND ANDROID), NOR RETRIEVE ANY CONTENT AND INFORMATION ADDED OR BOUND THROUGH THIS ACCOUNT, AND YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO REGISTER WITH THE SAME REGISTRATION INFORMATION (MOBILE PHONE NUMBER, THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT, ETC.). EVEN IF YOU APPLY FOR REGISTRATION WITH THE SAME REGISTRATION INFORMATION (THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT, ETC.), THE ACCOUNT AT THIS TIME WILL BE DEEMED AS A NEW REGISTRATION BY DEFAULT. We kindly remind you to back up the content and information that need to be backed up before applying for cancellation.
      2. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations of your country/region or this Privacy Policy, after the account is cancelled, all content, information, data and records under all products and services you log in and use through the account will be deleted or anonymized. You will not be able to retrieve the above-mentioned content, information, data and records, nor will you have the right to ask us to do so. Such content, information, data or records include but are not limited to: (i) your personal information under the account, including email address, password protection and other personal information; (ii) the company's related Services you have used under this account, including but not limited to virtual props, avatars, nicknames, achievements, recharge and consumption records, geographic location, chat records, etc.; and (iii) all other contents, information, data and records under the account.
      3. You understand and agree to waive the rights generated but not yet consumed during the use of the relevant Services under this account and the expected benefits/rights that may be generated in the future by canceling your account, you agree that we will not be required to restore or compensate for such benefits/rights.
      4. Upon cancellation of this account, the Terms of Service you signed with us relating to our Services will be terminated (except for those that have been agreed to continue to take effect). However, the termination of these agreements does not affect your liability for using the game service before the account is cancelled. You are still responsible for the use of this game service before the cancellation of your account, including, but not limited to, liability for breach of contract, liability for damages and performance obligations.
  6. Security

    We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect and secure your personal information from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. However, no information system can be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information. Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information that you transmit to the Sites over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our Services or those on third-party websites.         2. All relevant game identifiers associated with the child's device (local player UUID, device ID, install ID, or any in-game anonymous tags);
        3. Contact information of the parent/legal guardian;
        4. A clear request to delete all child-related personal data stored by our Services.
    2. Parental Identity Verification Rules

      We will complete commercially reasonable identity verification before processing your deletion request to prevent unauthorized third-party submissions:

      1. You must provide proof confirming you hold legal parental/guardian responsibility for the child (e.g., government-issued photo ID matching your submitted contact information, legal guardianship paperwork where applicable);
      2. We reserve the right to send a follow-up verification reply to your submitted email address for secondary confirmation;
      3. Requests lacking complete verification materials or following the required email subject line will be delayed or unprocessed.

      Upon successful identity verification, we will promptly take steps to permanently delete all such personal information from our server records and terminate any associated account or local data upload logs. For fully offline local-only guest game modes without cloud synchronization, we will provide clear written guidance to help you erase all child-related data directly from the device.

  10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

    We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the date it was last updated at the top of this Privacy Policy. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective on the "Last Updated" date indicated above. We will provide additional notice to you if we make changes to this Privacy Policy that materially affect your privacy rights. We may charge a reasonable fee for multiple requests in the same 12-month period, as permitted by law.

      To protect your privacy, we must be able to verify your identity to confirm that the rights request came from you. We may contact you by phone or e-mail to verify your request before we can process your request to exercise certain privacy rights. Depending on your request, we will ask for information such as your name, address, e-mail address or a phone number you have used with us. For certain requests, we may also ask you to provide details about your most recent purchases.

    3. 12.3 Opting out of Sharing/Targeted Advertising

      You can opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising through the following methods:

      1. In our Apps: You can exercise your opt-out right at any time in the game's Settings -> Privacy Preference menu.
      2. On our Sites (via Browser): You can use an opt-out preference signal. The Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is currently the only opt-out preference signal we can recognize. You can visit the Global Privacy Control official site to learn how to configure your device to send such signals.
    4. 12.4 Authorized Agents

      In certain states you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf to access or delete your personal information. To do so, you must: (1) provide that authorized agent written and signed permission to submit such request; and (2) verify your own identity directly with us. Please note, we may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.

      We transfer your personal information subject to appropriate safeguards as permitted under the relevant data protection laws. The transfer of your personal information out of the Designated Countries is necessary for the performance of our contract with you, or the performance of a contract between us and another party that we entered into for your interest, or for important reasons of public interest.
